Kitchen and First Floor Remodel in Chapel Hill

This Chapel Hill First Floor Remodel truly demonstrates the advantage of well planned layout and design.  Structural changes were made to eliminate the transition wall between the Kitchen and Dining room, creating new lines of sight and traffic patterns.  Natural daylight now has the opportunity to expands into the entire room, giving a warm and inviting appeal.

Glazed cabinets highlight this new Kitchen renovation.  Raised to ceiling height and detailed with 5" crown moldings, the cabinets have achieved a craftsman element to the design.  Creating a space for all, was the concept for the Kitchen Island design.  Separating cabinet colors, raising the bar top, and adding a four foot table all compliment to enhance the look and function.

Vaulting the ceiling opened the potential of the Master Bedroom's design and appearance.  Establishing the stone fireplace as a focal point the rough sawed timbers raise your eye to the peak of the ceiling.

The Master Bath vanity is custom crafted cabinetry, built with raised legs to compliment the feel of this craftsman style remodel.

Chapel Hill Deck

This Chapel Hill Deck has amazing detail.

These angles steps approach in all directions presenting a inviting transition into the back yard.  Illuminated by tread lights, your path stays bright and safe during low light and evening hours.

Iron Handrail guides your hand and eye through its complimentary design using two styles of baluster details.  The rounded baluster section enhances the curved look of the main arch of the deck.  The Trellis lures the future vines to grow into its detailed rafters above.

This Custom composite deck with its powder coated iron handrail adds little if any to the home owners maintenance list.  

A concrete pad for storage under the deck stays dry with TimberTech's Dryspace rain diversion system.
